1. The Marketplace Platform

iRent.my acts as a venue for Providers (Companies or Individuals) to list products and services for rent, and for Renters to discover and book them. We do not own the listed items.

2. Listing Responsibilities

Providers must ensure all items are in good working condition and services are performed as described. Listings must not include illegal items or prohibited substances under Malaysian law.

3. Rental Period & Late Returns

Rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis unless otherwise stated. Late returns may incur additional fees as specified in the listing details. For services, timing is agreed upon at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the Provider’s selected policy. iRent.my will mediate disputes but is not responsible for the physical condition of rented items.
