3. Cleared Payment ( Rental + Security Deposit )
During rental Equipment collection kindly bring along your

2. Business Card
3. Photocopy of IC / Passport
for verification purpose to avoid delay on collection.
Third-Party Collection & Return Policy
We strongly discourage using third-party couriers or runners to avoid potential equipment damage or loss.
If you insist on using a third party, the client must send the following 5 items via official email and WhatsApp for verification before the item is released or accepted:
1. Letter of Authorization Form
2. Pre-signed Delivery Order with Company Chop, PIC Full Name and IC No
3. Photocopy of PIC IC/Passport
4. Business Card (Clear photo or digital copy)
5. Driver Details (Full Name, phone number, vehicle number, and courier platform if applicable)
Full Liability: By proceeding, you accept 100% responsibility for any damages or losses during transit. Costs will be deducted from your deposit or invoiced.
