*Standard Collection Date & Time :From Rental Start date (3pm-5pm)
*Standard Return Date & Time: Rental end date (before 12 noon)
*Collection & Return: For weekends and public holidays, collection and return are only available between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon). An additional charge of RM80 per trip applies. All arrangements must be made with a minimum of 3 working days’ notice and are subject to availability.
*No-Show Policy: If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled time for collection. No cancellations or refunds will be allowed in such cases.
*Late Return: Any late return will be treated as a rental extension and subject to an administrative fee of RM200, together with any additional costs incurred. We reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately. All outstanding amounts must be paid, and the equipment must be returned to us without delay upon request.
*All the rental product is base on 1st come 1st serve basis.
*Please check with us for stock and model availability before placing your order.
*For all existing stock and back-to-back orders, we reserve the right to substitute the product with an equivalent or mixed model(s) without prior notice, depending on availability.
*Security Deposit: An additional security deposit may be required, subject to risk assessment.
*Payment & Documentation: Full payment and complete documentation must be submitted and confirmed before preparation begins. A minimum of one (1) working day is required for preparation. Failure to comply may result in delays to the collection process.
* The security deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days upon the return of the rented equipment, provided that all equipment is received in full, in good condition, and passes our inspection.
